The Book of Yog-Sothoth was originally privately released in 2004, in a hand-bound edition of 18 copies, which were gifted to the participants of rites, which are recorded in this book. This is the first public edition, which was published in 2007, and was limited to 100 numbered copies, with this copy being #99. It has been signed by the author, John Coughlin.
