We’d like to welcome everyone to 2025 here at Miskatonic Books and thank each and every one of you for what was an amazing 2024. There is a lot to look forward to this year and we’ll cover some of it below. But first, let’s cover what perks we’ll be extending to our account holders.

Continued Perks For 2025
Purchase Points
We will continue to extend 2% of the subtotal of all orders back to registered customers in the form of points to use as cash against future orders.
Review Points
We will also continue to reward those customers who review their purchases with 50 points for each approved review. These will be added to your purchase points to pay for future orders. Our review system is unique in that we only allow those who have purchased the product from us to review it. This helps to cut down on excessive reviews by outside sources to bolster certain books. We also use these reviews to better stock our shelves in the future. So feedback is important to continue to make this your personal bookshop!
Wishlist + Waitlist
These new systems on the site can be used by logged in customers. You can add in-stock products you’d like to your wishlists and sign up for out of stock products on your waitlists. As we deal largely in extremely limited stock, those who are on the waitlists will truly receive the first notifications to acquire what’s on their lists. Adding books to your wishlist we’ll begin targeting these for special deals and coupons to those who have products on their wishlists.
Support Ticket System
Customers can use our dedicated support ticket system to get fast replies on any questions or issues. Please use this as certain staff members receive a great number of emails each day which makes it hard to catalog and answer each one. While the entire team is now focused on clearing out the support ticket queue on a daily basis and giving our customers top-notch support.
Free US Shipping
We’ve experimented with the free US shipping option for orders $195+ and we’re extending this perk through at least the first quarter of 2025. If your cart has a subtotal of $195, please checkout and there will be a free shipping option to choose if you’re a US-based customer.
International Shipping Saver Program
Our new stock/hold program for international customers is now in motion. Claim a locker in our warehouse in which your purchases are stocked. Order without shipping charges and get billed one consolidated shipping charge when your locker is full. Sign up here.

Online Courses
Miskatonic Books will kick off 2025 by offering a new product in our shop that consists of online courses. Customers can subscribe to gain knowledge on occult and esoteric subjects from such instructors as Jack Grayle and Shea Bilé. Next week’s newsletter will have information on our very first course!
Infernal House Distribution
As we hinted at in 2024, Miskatonic Books will be the sole distributors for a new publishing company, Infernal House, that will focus on left-hand path content. If you’re a member of our Daily Alert list, you could get a notification to secure their very first release as early as tomorrow!
